2. Booking and Payment

To book an appointment, please contact us directly or use our online booking system.

Full payments are required prior to your treatment.

3. Appointment Confirmation and Cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your booking is confirmed.

We kindly request a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment.

4. Client Information

We will collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information for the purpose of booking and providing our services.

5. Therapist Availability

We make every effort to accommodate your preferred appointment time, however, therapist availability may vary.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and relaxing environment, Halcyon Therapies accepts no liability for any injuries or conditions arising from treatments. A full consultation form will be required prior to treatment to help us understand your existing health conditions more thoroughly. Based on certain medical conditions, in certain situations we may be unable to offer treatments. Halcyon Therapies are not responsible or liable for situations where treatments were provided whereby we were not made aware of medical treatments.
